It is only a sample - not the whole book... the 2010 edition will be available in about 6 weeks. Meanwhile if you find the sample interesting I will send you a copy of the 2009 edition.

I think the sample's going to take a while to digest, fascinating stuff. I love the idea of working 'with' nature rather than trying to make it conform to our whims. Thanks again for the link.
