I have raised beds for my vegetable growing I am based in the northwest of UK. I have difficulty growing some vegetables because of the weather I have a brother living in Cornwall he can grow pretty much everything as its warmer there.

I never sew seeds before the end of April. It's too cold here aswell. I hope you get some good crops in your raised beds :)
