Allotment Tomatoes Gardener's Delight Ripening 13th August 2010 (Solanum lycopersicum (Tomato))

These were the first tomatoes to start to ripen on the allotment. Being little tomatoes I eat them like sweets!

Us too Balc....we've been growing these and they are my favourites....so tasty and ripening early like you say....well worth having....:o)

Thanks, Janey. Nice to hear from someone else who's growing them! Those first ones back in July were absolutely DELICIOUS! I'm thinking of growing some of these for next year. I think I will grow a couple of plants on my balcony, too!

Yes thats a good idea Balc.....then they would be handy too.....:o) We had them last year and were really impressed by the ease of growing them and the flavour....
