Thanks - I do have a yellow one, only in bud at the moment. Its name is 'El Dorado'.

There are so many - all with different names! I went to visit Holbrook Garden where they have the National Collection and - Oh my! I could have spent a fortune on them! Red, gold, orange, tawny, brown with gold backs, bright yellow, doubles, short, medium, tall. You name it, there is one.

There's a lovely website about Heleniums called - surprise, surprise - Helenium.net. I found another site which split them into heights and flowering times but I can't find it again now - didn't put it on my favourites - what a plonker!
