I'm not that familiar..my best guess. Eye catching mid 20th century house- with triangle windows.

That was one of my guesses. Another board member thought D.quadrangulata. - something spelled like that.
Convergent evolution made those two almost identical.

I couldn't remember that genus. lol!
I for some reason was thinking Dais...and I know that wasn't the genus.

Both genera grow here very well. They love hot, dry climate here.

It looks like Australian Grass Palm (Xanthorrhoea species). There's many that grow here.
