A very pretty leaf and flower... Is it hardy enough for my garden in Canada?

I brought some cuttings of this from my old garden when I moved here but I didn't realise it grew so tall, I'd had it for several years but kept cutting it back. It used to arch nicely over an old wall. Looks like I'll still have to keep an eye on it. I like the shape of its leaves
