Rockery

Recently I had to remove some plants from the rockery as they didn’t survive or they underperformed sadly. I did manage to move some to other spots in the garden to see if they will thrive elsewhere.. it’s taken several years to see which plants work on this area or not.
Have planted some more succulents. Echeveria, sempervivum and sedums.
Ongoing task..

Thanks Julia and Karen, much appreciated!
I agree with you both, it’s really dry and even watering it regularly, dries out pretty quickly..

Sometimes water doesn't penetrate the soil as far as you would think, Kate.

It really is Brian. Very impressive, it's lovely!

Thanks again Karen. Thank you Brian, very kind. I think you’re right Linda, it’s really quite vertical and watering is difficult.

Looks good Kate. The sedums don't seem to mind growing in the dryer areas.

Looks lovely Kate. Probably just too dry for Leucothoe...even though you watered them well.
