Thanks Richard since the disaster on Friday these two just pop out there hideout where they are for a few moments then back in side most of the time.

I thought that was a good idea on the other thread about using a length of clay pipe for the fish to hide in Carol :-)

10 May, 2010

Thanks Richard use to have pipe in then the two big fish got to big for it and could only get part of their body in it so thats why i put a big plant pot in with the bottom cut out so they can swim straight through if they like.

Good idea Carol - It is so clear to see that you treasure all your animals :-)

I do think if you have pets then you should look after them proper.

10 May, 2010

That is quite right. We have two rabbits here that belong to our daughter and she thinks the world of them. We even take them on holiday when we go! :-)

10 May, 2010

I've got a sister who is 67 and she takes her bugie on holiday with her, she goes in caravan so no one nose she as got it with her.

10 May, 2010

Ha ha your sister must be just like you are with your pets Carol :-)

10 May, 2010

She is :o))lol

Sometimes you see plastic heron's by a pond Carol -is that to keep the real herons away from your pond fish? If so maybe it will keep the magpies away too -just a thought :-)

11 May, 2010

Put my duck back on pond, as for plastic herons learned they attract the real ones not keep them away.

12 May, 2010

Thanks for telling me that one Carol I didn't know that ! Good luck and best wishes to you with your duck in keeping out the magpies :-)

12 May, 2010
