Clematis 'tubulosa'
Genus: Clematis.
Species: Clematis tubulosa.
Not really like a clematis at all as doesn't twine or climb, large leaves and knodding bluebell flowers in summer, dies down in winter like a perennial, grows to around three foot tall here, didn't do so well this year so keep an eye on it hopefully because of horrible summer.
Planted in long left hand border.
