Species: Ribes nigrum i.
Cut new bush down to first buds to encourage new growth.
Prune out fruited wood, fruits on new growth.. Take cuttings with a heel and dip in rooting hormone, find a shady spot, make a slit in the soil with a spade,insert cuttings,heel in.and keep watered if dry, should root within a month

Blackcurrants need a lot of nitrogen
