Amaryllis
Genus: Hippeastrum.
Species: Hippeastrum papilio.
I have mine flowering twice a year, I rotate four of them and flower two at a time, cool and dry two at a time. Sometimes they respond better to being left in the porch to dry out slowly, other times they respond to being dried out entirely and left in the shed which is obviously colder, regardless of the season. I can usually tell from the quality of the leaves and flowers which it will need next.
