Evening all,
It’s been a dry day and very mild,
Ive not done any outside gardening “But” ive finished painting “Bar Boo” the statue i told you i was going to clean, And PVA it and now ive put the 2nd coat of outside wall paint on it it’s looking nice and it’ll be situated just inside the double gates infront of the Laurel hedge,

But ive enjoyed the day and as we walked across the field
(roxanne and me) in the distance we could see 3 deer chewing the grass,
Ive not seen another human being today “other than the wife”

Peace perfect peace you just can’t beat it.

We walked down to the stream this is the time i give "roxanne a few tip-bits and have a sit on the old fallen down tree next to the water,
They say running water is relaxing and it’s very true,
If it wasn’t for “roxanne” nudging me with her nose & wanting to head back "I swear i could have fell asleep just sitting there.

But tomorrow is another day and the forcast is much the same as today,
I’d love to do some turning over of the bedding area’s soil but inspite of no signs of water the ground it’s still very soggy and the soil sticks to the fork,
so another day i’ll have a go at the soil.

Ive the Lawn mower to service and im thinking of doing that tomorrow.

Anyone doing anything out of the normal tomorrow "like sky diving, or freezing cold swimming????

Sounds Idyllic Dungy, spent time in the greenhouse planting sweetpeas and tidied up around my top pond, then back indoors to do the usual household chores (sigh) so I guess it was a normal day for me, now tomorrow I'm invited around to my youngest daughters to help her in her garden if the weather is still fine, so I guess skydiving is out of the question and swimming is deffo a big NO,NO, LOL....

It's nice not seeing any human beings. I like days like that.
Glad you've finished painting the statue. I hope it looks nice where you place it.

We've had a rainy day here, but I did go to buy some seed potatoes :o)
