Thank you Sixpence, am very pleased with them, but somehow I have the feeling we still have more bad weather to come. Hope I am wrong.

No I don't think you are wrong Cinders we had the same last year, already yesterday we had the snow back quickly turning to sleet even Leicester had a good dowsing of it and Sommerset looking on goy. I would be pleased with them too, I normally let the leaves from the trees fall over and around my plants as they protect the roots, you could always collect some and place around your Heucheras to protect them if its a worry to you.

No I've stopped worrying about the plants now, what will be will be. I think they will be ok. Plants that I didnt think would make it through are under protection, so they're fine.

At least its all learning Cinders, to know what will and won't survive these extremes in weather conditions, glad you have your tender plants under wraps.

Hello, Cinderella! Happy New Year to you too! Your Heucheras look good and I'm sure they rise their heads in Spring. :) Mine are still under the snow...

Hello Uma, thank you for your comments, I know they will be fine and look good come spring. Actually the snow protects, too, so yours will be ok I'm sure.

Thanks Sandra, I haven't forgotten your Heuchera, its still a bit small to send, and anyway you dont want it this weather.

thats something to look forward to thanx cinders, i had forgotten myself lol, getting older so the memory isnt the same haha, weather awfull isnt it, wet wet wet here but my fish are fine so im happy with that after the frozen spell :o)
