Over my time on Grows on You, I have repeatedly written blogs to do with damage and valdalism to my garden. The responses I get are always full of support and sympathy and it just goes to show that there are so many out there who are willing to offer support and help with any gardening queries anyone may have.

The main reason I keep writing the blogs is because of the support I get. If I didn’t get much support or only a couple of people read them and bothered to reply, I would not have continued.

I would like to thank every single person who has shown support especially when some of the damage has been so bad I have thought “why do I bother trying to have a nice gaden outside my bedroom window?” The supportive comments and advice will me to carry on.

In one blog in particular (my first one I think) I included some photos of the one of the worst attacks, and so many of you were disgusted and offered suport at a time when I thiught to myslef, I think I might as well just clear up and leave everything to die off.

I write so many blogs about my situation and as people seem to carry on reading ad commenting I am very sure taht it is worth carryingf on typing, especially when it seems too tiring to carry on fighting.

I will fight, and WILL WIN!

I haven't been a member very long, Alex....but I have noticed in the short time I have been, there are a lot of wonderful, supportive and 'real' people amongst the members and I am very pleased you have received the support through difficult and upsetting situations. x

Thanks folks... I've just put a pic on GoY of Conker ...
he is looking very well thank you... 17 months on from start of chemotherapy. Agree with everyone ... so wonderful to get support from our GoY friends...
