Thanks so much to all of you who wrote comments on my blog or photos, and for answering my question about dahlias. You’ve all made me feel very welcome – what a nice community….like a close family. I’m looking forward to adding more photos in the very near future. Have some things going on right now with family visitors and grandchildren, so have been busy. As soon as I have a chance, I plan to spend lots of time visiting other members’ blogs, comments and photos so that I can get to know you all better.
Someone made a comment that there are more and more Americans joining GOY. I found out about it through my husband seeing the site on one he visits regularly. From where does GOY originate? Please forgive my ignorance.
Am watering the flowers everyday – trying to stay ahead of the heat and drought. They’re really giving it their all to look beautiful and happy.

It is always nice to see and hear about gardens around the world Abrayton. You hear things on the news but get first hand comments from people on GoY. Hope you win the battle against the drought. We are having more rain than ever recorded before. Us gardeners just cannot win!!!!!

I recommend going into the Archive when you have time, one month at a time, then saving the photographs you enjoy into your Favourites. Can see your OH will have to cook the supper.
