What on earth happened ?. 108F in greenhouse. Plants and i gasping. Lucy the cat asleep on the lawn , Tiny the budgie trying to squeeze into his water feeder. Viewed Fred the tortoise in his drinking bowl. Blimey didnt get to the gym today we cut both lawns between sips of ice lemon. My good lady got a cracking tan and i started to brown nicely after two hours. Believe its going to rain tomorrow(LoL). Lawns are very nice and tidy, birds are here in droves but no noise coming from nest boxes, bit concerned about that really. Pouches flowering ok,hanging basket blooming will photo tomorrow. We have such a wonderful climate it appears to change Daley. I am not a good swimmer but if its warm tomorrow we are going to the swimming baths for sure. Fuchsia cuttings coming on great , just about everything is taking off. Great feeling really nice. Take care all enjoy. Tony

Yoo hoo! You're back! Where have you sent your poor greenhouse to Tony! Deepest darkest Africa?! 108f!! Wow, it's not that temperature over here pet! The only way I'm going to go brown, is if I go and stand in the rain and get rusty!! Lol! ;0)
Chuckle!, I can just see wee Tiny trying to scramble into his water feeder...he needs a little pool in that sort of weather, mind you, he'd need tiny water wings so he doesn't just go slowly soggy and sink under the water! Or a rubber ring would be good! Ohh, mind you, knowing his luck, he'd go yellow fuzzy head over big flappy feet, and end up head down, feet up! Never a good idea!
Your fuchsias are looking really healthy and green there, they look as if they've rooted already! Everything grows so fast in this sort of weather doesn't it! How did the sickly fuschia get on, did it come round? I particularly love that gorgeous purperly/blue petunia, doesn't it just look like it's made of velvet? I wish they didn't go so sticky though, they're yucky to deadhead! Hope it's sunny for you tomorrow, get the rolled up towel ready for the pool! x

Fushia cuttings are coming along smashing Tony and lovely pics of the petunia`s, it was gorgeous here as well so gardening was a definite must here as well.
I haven`t been swimming at all this year, grandson is now old enough to go on his own and they live 2mins away from our pool and no roads to cross so Nannie doesn`t get to go, lol...

Lower the mainsail and check the rigging its Elizabeth. Hi elizabeth the good weather was yester day but today nothing but clouds and heavy rain. Ducks paradise for sure. Good description of soggy Tiny elizabeth i liked the upside down feet poining up stance very much, but i can say that as Tiny is grounded and not next to me on his perch. He tried to land on my good ladies finger and eat one end of her biccy uninvited. He takes chances i surely never would (LoL). Yes am going to pot my fuchsia cuttings up asap but i want to know more about overwintering them in my unheated greenhouse. Its my weak area really as last year my cuttings just rotted. just learnt migrains and choccies are not compatable. My freind has migrains. Plant colours i must aggree are stunning elizabeth . Am putting todays photo,s on blog in a moment. Hope you get our tuesday sun tomorrow elizabeth it was very warm. Nice to hear from you and i will tell Tiny when he gets out (LoL). Take good care elizabeth, enjoy good gardening Tony
