We had Freya for the afternoon last week as she was off school due to not being too well. I gave her the camera to play with and off she went into the garden to take pictures of what she could see flowering. She only went into the front garden as the sun wasn’t shining at the back. I don’t think she did to bad for her first attempt do you?

Only the penultimate one required a bit of help from Grandma.

Well spotted Rose, Freya is the eldest of our two grandchildren, she's four actually. She's really interested in the garden and loves to 'help' me out there. Thank you Hywel she's fully recovered now.

I use to love our two grandchildren "help" in the garden and on the allotment Waddy, but unfortunately they grow up and its now" boring" ! lol

Oh what a shame Rose. Did you plant the seed for a love of gardening?

I can picture her with the camera, carefully choosing what to take next. Moments like these, when our grand children are small are just magical.

They are indeed WR they grow up so quickly don't they?

19 Feb, 2016

Yes, too quickly especially when they start school I think!

At least I've got Eliza to take over as Freya leaves the space.

You've a very talented little granddaughter there, Waddy, such fun when they enjoy the garden with you.
