Heritage Collection Lettuce Crisp Mint is a lovely Romaine-type lettuce that forms upright rosettes of crispy leaves. Nice and crunchy in salads and sandwiches.

Use as a sugar cos when young or as a fully hearted mature lettuce. If you are sowing for quick greens don't bother to thin - just use your scissors to clip what you need for dinner as it will continue to grow.

Cropping: 75 days

Sowing:
Ideal for spring and summer sowings. Sow seed thinly at regular intervals 1cm deep in drills 30-38cm apart.

Growing:
Thin seedlings to 3cm apart for a full-hearted lettuce or to 15cm for baby leaf or cut and come again salading.

Aftercare:
Water well during dry periods
