Experience a flavour sensation with this extra sweet carrot which also contains high levels of beta carotene. Long 25cm roots of exceptional quality so sweet you can just lift the roots wash and serve in chunks in salads.

Sow April to June at 4 week intervals. Sow seed thinly 1cm deep in drills 30cm apart.

Thin seedlings to 5cm apart when large enough to handle to reduce risk of carrot root fly attack.

Harvest August to November.
