To have fruit you have to have flowers first. So are there any flowers. As Tug says pruning correctly is essential for flowering.

Also, how old are the vines? Grapes often don't flower for the first year or two after planting.

The flowers are insignificant, & green, they may be hidden in the new growth

As asked, how old is the vine? I have one two years old, nothing except growth and still forming it's framework
