Hi Kazbal I found this discription is this the one? - 'Larix decidua (common name European larch) is a species of larch native to the mountains of central Europe, in the Alps and Carpathians, with disjunct lowland populations in northern Poland and southern Lithuania'

Kazbal, We have a member called 'Bluespruce', and he grows this particular tree. I've just checked in his plant list. He notes that he obtained the seed from John Proudfoot, too.

He's a member of the British Conifer Society. I expect that other members of the Society also grow it.

Jaroslav - My original material came from John Proudfoot, and as you know he recieved the witches' broom seed from you. I have since sent material from my plant to Jon Tate at Lime Cross Nursery, Herstmonceux, East Sussex in England. He now offers this plant for sale at his Garden Centre, and it is also listed in his online mail order catalogue.

How do I say thanks?
