Thank you for your help, the instructions on the tin do not give any indication on this, only health and safety instructions to the user.I have even went to the manufacturers website to no avail.

You're right, Costus, it doesn;t say on the label - I've just sent 'em an email asking the question, so will get back to you if/when they respond.

I've heard back from Vitax - they say the chemicals in the Fumigator don't damage plants, but the burning process may discolour some leaves on some plants temporarily, so they suggest removing any young or very sensitive plants first.
