Looks like Hawthorn to me. If you have a mixed hedge you could add this.

Courtesy of the birds. We get them spring up in odd places and they then get potted until they are bigger and get added to the mixed hedging on the meadow/field.

What sort of trees grow nearby? Possibly Hawthorn or a Mountain Ash? Probably not worth keeping.
