More likely to be Pelargoniums with red flowers,I would think..Anytime now would be fine.I potted the ones up yesterday,that I wish to overwinter,before the frost comes..

They'll survive a couple of frosts, its being wet and cold that kills 'em, so if where you live is quite damp AND cold, then do it now.
