rhubarb again sorry i have followed advise on here on my rhubarb and so far so good i ate some and left it in june ,now there are several good thick sticks shall i leave them or pull off and cover crown with straw ready for next year

I just leave mine, sometimes I bend the leaves over the crown to protect it in winter.

I pulled the last stalks off mine yesterday and they really werent fit for eating, very dry and rubbery..
