Hello, I found this plant growing in a vacant lot and was drawn by its deep green glossy leaves. I hope it's camillia. Can somebody ID this plant just from the foliage? Thank You.

Not Camelia i'm afraid, you have a Euonymus, possibly E. japonicus ? Great as hedges or even topiary but other than that, what you see is what you're going to get
