My fatsia is showing lots of yellowing leaves which turn mottled and then black. Leaves are falling off in great amounts. Could this be due to lack of water or possibly honey fungus which I know to be present in the area near this bush.

Same thing was happening to mine. I looked it up and it said, Fatsia leaves naturally droop and turn yellow from mid-spring to early summer this encourages new growth. I just snap off unsightly leaves. This plant does well in shady spot. does not like full sun. I have added a photo of my fatsia, it was dencely covered in leaves, loads dropped, but new growth is appearing
