That is why I wanted to see a close up, Amaryllis are fairly easy to distinguish.

The plant is id'd as Nerine Bowdenii. The thin strap like leaves appear after the flowers have died back and may be hardy.

Can we have a sniff ?
A waft or a whiff?
Not too tall a plant in a nice sheltered spot.
Is it still out?
