Picture's not very good, unfortunately...I look like a little snowman, I have about 3 layers of clothes on, it's about 6:30am and it was FREEZING- we were on a team that spent the night in Sesquicentennial Park to bring more awareness to the homeless problem. Since I mention him often, thought I'd include a pic!

Yes, Michaella and Sal, unfortunately there is a big homeless problem in Houston...maybe not as widespread as it was in the '80s but still it's about 10,000 people who are homeless in Houston..many of them are mentally ill...there was deregulation of psychiatric hospitals and many closed and their patients had nowhere to go...others are just down on their luck...

Pleease don't feel bad Sal1914 & Michaella, I'm not always good, I think we all do the best we can. Larry got me involved with this organization because he's in it, and he does a lot more than I do - I usually just donate clothes and food.
