Polemonium 'Blue Pearl' for my records

Polemonium 'Blue Pearl' for my records

I've really taken to these this year. I've been gardening now for about 33 years and have never really grown any before, but this year I've added four new ones to the garden and am really loving them.

Good to know Ange. We all need to look after the bees now don't we. :)

I'm sure yours will be much better behaved as it has a name!

Not much self-seeds here Ange. I have a few precious aquilegias this year for the first time ever really in 7 years. But I can't think of anything else except for weeds that seeds around my garden. Oh, no, tell a lie...Borage, but I do love that and it's easily removed when young. My soil is very heavy in parts so that stops seedlings from thriving I suppose.

Very pretty, sounds like it’s good for wildlife. Looks like it’d fit perfectly in a cottage garden...
