Mine were outside neglected all summer , they got into the greenhouse and I discovered them there about 6wks ago , ready to flower , they gave a brave show but nothing like yours , Balcony . They are great .

Thanks. Mine don't normally go outside but spend their whole lives in the kitchen window, on top of the Amaryllis pots when they are there the rest of the time on their own. They are pretty neglected most of the time & have lived for several years in tiny little pots. They do get some tomato fertilizer in the summer when I feed other plants otherwise they get very little attention. Yet look how they repay me!

I have a dark red & several pinks but I used to have a white one as well but it seems to have died off. I haven't seen any white flowers amongst all the Amaryllis pots in the kitchen window.
