Thanks Carole..I moved some to this border last year,I had so many..but they seem to have done better there...Aren't yours the paler blue ? Mine seem brighter in the pic,as they are darker than this..must have been the light early on this evening..

I wonder why,Carole? I really loved the pale ones...I think you should go out there and wash them..it is 'spring cleaning' time ! Lol.

Looks lovely Bloomer, I must get some muscari. Some people say they spread too much, are they easy to remove if necessary? I love the edging to the border too, is it yours or part of the street?:-)

29 Mar, 2012

Thanks Ba..it does spread, but I don't find it hard to remove..although you do keep finding bits here and there..just depends how annoyed you get by it ! Lol.
it doesn't bother me too much.:o)
That border is part of our little cul de sac..and we each have a part of it..four of us..but mine is the longest stretch :o)..the edging has all the service stuff underneath, but it does look nice..It is actually across the other side of the road from our properties..but we are responsible for the maintenance of it...I'm glad to say..It was landscaped when we first came here, but we all soon changed that..very boring ! Lol...

Can you add a pic showing layout of your cul-de-sac showing the borders? I'd love to see it. It sounds a wonderful design...even Pince Charles would approve:-)

I'm sure I could,Ba..I'll do my best :o)

Lovely, a real splash of colour. We are expecting some colder weather at the end of the week so I hope it doesn't ruin everything especially the clematis that are now sprouting well.

Thanks Linda..our cold weather is expected Monday night, and Tuesday..not looking forward to that, and neither will the plants..I hope so too..so confusing for them, with the recent warm spell..:o(
