Veratrum nigrum (For my File) (Veratrum schlinderi?)

Will have pleated leaves to 180cm and black/maroon flowers when mature. (5 years). Regretted loosing one of these 20 odd years ago, such a stately plant. (Not this one yet), and slugs like.
