Beautiful. I love this shrub so much. Just bought one, it is still tiny. I would love a pink one, not hardy for this country , I think.

No Michaella. I had a pink one in my first garden and it was fabulous. Cournus Kousa 'Miss Satomi'. I loved it so much I dug it out and took it with me to my last house...it died. :( Its harsh winds they don't like...which is why I have resisted buying one for here :(

Thank you for that information Karen, I will definitely buy one now.

Good...they are amazing! The one I had was grafted on to a standard which made it even nicer...a tree rather than a shrub.

I think the pink tree version is particularly beautiful.

I prefer the white!! This is amazing Amy - never seen one so thick with bracts . . . do you feed it? When mine didn't flower for years, I contacted the seller (Karen Juncker) and she advised adding leaf mould. Believe it or not, I am thrilled to have had SIX bracts this year, lol.

Maybe it didnĀ“t have enough water, did it? Try to irrigate it and add some fertiliser.

No the shrubs not dying Kat its only the natural cycle of the bracts dying off ,it will be in bloom again next year :o)
