Beautiful photos Karen, full of rich, autumnal colour!
Also, a very tidy, organised greenhouse!

Ooh your garden is wonderful, so tidy, love those mounds, looks very flat around the area..

Hi Walesgirl. A photo always flattens the landscape doesn't it. We live in Lowland Scotland, but we are surrounded by rolling hills and have a lovely steep hill right in front of our home. :)

Thank you Kate....yes, lovely and colourful at the moment. I have been doing a bit of rose pruning and cutting back spent herbaceous today. I've three herbaceous I want to get out and replace while the ground is still relatively warm. Will have to get a move on! An herbaceous clematis and two big geraniums, all of which only flower once. I'm deciding what to replace them with. :)

Beautiful photos of a beautiful garden, well done, that's a lot of work!

Thank you Sunny! I am gradually making it less work by removing herbaceous and replacing with shrubs etc. Its my preferred style anyway. I’m not keen on a plan5 that takes all season to grow and then flowers for 2weeks. And then every three years needs removing and splitting and replanting. Nope. 😀

Thank you SBG. We have a few delivery drivers and one of them always says that Willow the Labrador is the happiest dog on his rounds. I think he means the most ridiculously excitable...but hey ho!

The garden looks immaculate as usual. What happened to wind-blown northern climes we keep hearing about on the tele? Did you choose your dogs to compliment the garden (which they do) a plain brown dog would get lost in the glorious colours you have?

Ha ha! Thats so funny honeysuckle! :) they do look good...especially in the back ‘white-themed’ garden!

Beautiful fall colors. White themed garden? That's mine Dec-Feb. Oye vey!

Ha ha Bathgate. Hardly ever snows here, even when the whole of the UK is under snow...and that’s rare...we usually have nothing.

I really enjoy the snow once I clear the drive and the walk and the short hiatus from gardening so I can focus on other things for a while. The garden and I, can take a rest.

Yes, and for the first day or two it is so beautiful. I must admit, I was so disappointed to discover that there would be more snow in Lincolnshire where I went to school, than here in central Scotland! But it is definitely the case, even though it is generally much colder here, especially in summer. Doh!
