Tiny(our Budgie) came out of his cage in a very bad mood. His freinds tweety pie and Bob the apple were in tatters . Tiny had taken a toe off tweety and bit bobs core down to the pip. Its time i stopped his vandalism and put him straight. Faced eye to eye i put the vandal on my finger in front of the lounge mirror and attempted an hypnotic suggestion to curtail his bad behavior. Alas when i assumed i had succeeded he flew to his play station uttering nice comments. You can imagine my dismay when i started flapping my arms and having a deep desire for Trill for dinner. The little rotter he used the mirror to reflect my suggestion. What a dasterdley unfair manouver . So yet again a blooming fluff ball wins the day. Take care all enjoy Tony

Ha ha Tony, he's got you wrapped round his little claw!.....:)). He's a very modern budgie, all those toys and still a face like a wet week......well you know by now you have to pander to his every whim...a budgerigar as handsome as he is deserves the very best of treatment, dontchaknow........:))))

My 12 year old Persian cat is of a similar nature. Thinks she makes decisions for me. Has no sense of timing.
I feed her biscuit at 8 a.m. tinned food at 4 p.m. then a little more at supper time.
Persian cats have funny stomachs, have to have exactly the same food every day. No treats.
So she has her 'dinner' meal at 4 p.m. it comes over dark because its going to rain at 4.15 - then she starts howling (panic stations) because she thinks its 8 p.m. bedtime and wants her second helping !
She makes such a fuss I have to put her in my spare bedroom for a bit of peace.

Thanks Tony, I'm glad you enjoyed my blog. Ireland is so beautiful and it seems ages since we were there. Elizabeth is still so busy , but we are in touch every day.
Super glue, now that definitely is mean! lol I wonder what Elizabeth would have said about that! Hahaa!

Hi Rose Super glue yes it was Elizabeth that gave me the idea Rose. I found her glued to my shed door and i thought yep i could use that on tiny. Your Irish blog was great you all looked great and the scenery was fab. Waters look brilliant for fishing. Grass in Ireland always seems greener than over here but maybe its me and my emagination. Take care Rose Tony
