Your garden is looking beautiful Dee, lots of lovely colour. Your dahlia has white tips to the petals cos the air is getting colder. Pheasants are actually very stupid birds....they will fly across the road in front of you and then turn tail and walk under your wheels. We have masses of them over here. They are lovely to look at though...:)

29 Oct, 2009

Ahhh thanks AA, i was wondering why, they look pretty but a sign of the weather changing :(..
So Pheasants are Stupid then hahaha, They are lovely to look at and very rare these parts :)))

29 Oct, 2009

~ Disgusting !won't be buying Heineken BB ! all our businesses are being bought up by foreign companies! Cadbury's next?

30 Oct, 2009

Still looks lovely.......what a great surprise to see a pheasent in your garden.....

30 Oct, 2009

mad
Mad

Lovely photos dee, and thanks to that elusive pheasant, cos otherwise you may not have rushed for your camera.
Your colours are lovely, and a lot too for so late in the year. It makes me quite angry that those poor pheasants are just reared to be shot as 'sport' and are fed and cared for by humans, so are quite trusting and poor flyers.
Not much skill there then.

30 Oct, 2009

Wow, on your first photo, I love how you've got all the contrasting plants complementing each other - colours and leaf shapes, just stunning.

30 Oct, 2009

Thanks BB, DD, Arlene, Hollyeves, Mad and Dawnsaunt, your so kind with your compliments..

Yeah BB how can they call it Newcastle Brownale Now,
Yorkshire Brownale Hmmmmmm have you tasted it? I tried it once and its nice, Lethal tho..Its not called Mad Dog For Nowt LoL..

I am pleased with my garden DD, in fact im astonished I got it together really, just sort of happened haha..

And Awww The poor Pheasants, how can they kill such beautifull birds, and call it sport, Shocking..

30 Oct, 2009
