Ours is in the ground and looks very sick, then it always does at this time of year, pleased to see yours has survived YDD.

They do DD, Mine is covered all winter with fleece and the old leave's, then when i uncover in spring, it looks a slimy mess but soon recovers, ive repotted it also, its looking better now :)

Out of interest, what do the seedlings look like? I tried to sow some Gunnera Manicata seeds in Jan but only seem to have 2 thin grass like seedlings growing so far. They are in a heated, damp soil that has a lid, so should be perfect...

Sorry Kildemorie, i dont know what the seedlings look like, i bought mine as a small plant.
If you have 2 seedlings from your seeds its looking good :)

Hi San, you back from your hols (obviously) are you rejuvinated :)

I just fold the old leaves over and a thick layer of fleece on top left on all winter, seems to work for me San..

Hold on Cristina, it could still be alive, have you tried scraping the compost back a bit to see if there's signs of life?
