just joined your site after searching -and now finding an answer to recent leek damage.
I garden on 3 x 5 pole (15 pole) allotments in Bucks - "topsoil" is a chalk and flint mix and up to now have always grown reasonably good leeks. We do have this new pest leek moth. I'm off up the plot to spray with washing-up liquid to start with.
