I was thinking the same thing and miss his blogs. I'm just glad he's alright though.

Hywel is well Linda the next time he emails me I'll tell him about your photo I'm sure he would love to see it when he's ready to come back :o))

I had a letter and some plants from him only this week. He is well and as previously said taking a break from GoY at the moment. He said he would be dipping in and out from time to time.

Not very long ago he mentioned his brother, but kept it private and gave us nothing to understand what was all about. I'm sure everything is O.K. and we will have him back very soon. We all miss his fabulous blogs and photos.

I miss him to and wish him well

I miss him too, but he did say some time ago he was going to give it a miss for a while.

It's strange without him. He'll be back when he's got more time I'm sure.

Thank you for being so concerned about me, and thank you Wildrose for asking about me in a blog. It's very kind of you all ...

I'm sorry I left without any explanation, but it's just something that happened gradually. I looked in less and less, until in the end it stopped completely.

At the moment, I don't feel able to keep up with GoY, so I'm taking some time out for now. I'll be back one day in the not too distant future :o)

Oh Hywel, it is so lovely to hear from you and it is quite understandable how you feel. I think we have all felt the same at one time or another and we are happy doing other things instead.

Enjoy this wonderful time of year and when you are ready to come back we shall be delighted to see you again.

Hi Hywel - take your time, I find from time to time I use the site less - by only reading and selecting 'liking' but not saying anything. I do think it can get quite intense and demanding sometimes and a break is the best thing? You have lots of friends on here who like me look forward to your blogs etc and wish you well
