The news from Japan is very troubling and it has given me reason to worry that one of our members (Ptarotuos…Peter) who lives in the area of Tokyo.

I have sent him a PM enquiring if all is ok with him and his young family….and do so hope the news is good.

Just thought to post this in blog form and await an update if he has internet access and is logging on to GoY.

Our thoughts surely go out to all those affected by this disaster.

~~~~~~
Here is a link for Ptarotuos’ blog which updates on the situation in Japan and to say his family are all ok.
Just been watching it on the news, its horrific all the damage and lives lost, they will not know the extent of it for days to come, we can only pray for them and thank god we do not have disasters like that, It does make you feel ashamed of all the moaning we do in this country about a bit of rain and snow!
Our thoughts are with all affected by the earthquake and tsunami. Nature can be so beautiful yet so devastating.
Its fairly inconcievable how horrific it is. Peace one minute and devastation the next... thankfully they are extremely well prepared for earthquakes, or else the damage could be so so much worse.
