Ash Cottage An open garden in Somerset

My garden has been accepted into the NGS in 2009 for the first time. It is two-thirds of an acre in size, with colour-themed beds and borders and mature trees and shrubs. There is a 40 ft long raised bed reached by steps from each end. A natural stream runs through the garden. The area is rural and the garden is tranquil. It wraps around three sides of an early 16th century house (not open to the public).

The opening dates and times for 2009 are Thursdays June 4th and 11th from 2 - 5.30.
