My wife and I visited Tatton Park last July 2007 to visit the flower show held in the grounds each year.well worth a visit by anyone interested in the normal gardens (photos of the flower show will be put on a seperate site shortly)
The gardens of the main house are fantastic mainly inside the walled gardens ,where the victorian vegetable gardens were under construction.
The most interesting part for me was the Japanese garden that was reconstructed at Tatton after being displayed at Hampton Court Palace flower show a number of years ago.I had hoped to return this year but due to my wifes ill health will have to wait till next year
