Stained glass & Canvas prints.

Well a while ago, I think it was just after Christmas actually. I showed you all a fantastic Christmas present I received from my mum.
It was a stained glass window made by her friend for my window that is half way up the stairs that no longer lets light in since the garage was built.

Well I have finally got in position. Still a bit of work to do with regards to the painting of the frame etc, but it is now in its place.

Now the canvas prints. We wanted one for the wall of our bedroom. So we had a look at all the ones in the shops and decided that we should have one of our own photos from our own plants in our garden. This way it is a one off and knowone else has the same.

So we choose a pic and sent it off to tescos print shop on the internet and this was the result.

Not content with this one as it was a small size about 30cm x 30cm. We waited until our Oriental Poppies were in flower then took absoloutley loads of different pics until we were happy with one.

This is the photo we had blown up for a large canvas print, 100cm x 75cm.

Not sure if the Dahlia pick is staying or going but I am more than happy with the Poppie.

Just waiting now for a really good picture of one of my white roses for the front room.
