I’ve just dug the last of my potatoes….which have been excellent. What can I plant in that area now?... Its’s only a small raised area

as soon as we dig up our potatoes, the ground will have a good load of manure dug in and in october we will plant out garlic cloves and onion set's to overwinter.spinach may be a good option, we sowed some seed 2 weeks ago and it's up already.

I'm thinking about that too, I'm thinking of planting some Chard , pak choi , cabbage and winter purslane to start with. Check out sarah ravens website she has a sow it now section that give as selection of what can be sown now to take you through the winter. www.sarahraven.com
