Well, the Koi are spawning in our pond.I saw one jump up out of the water yesterday afternoon.They have really grown over the past year.I started feeding them again a few days ago.We have bass in with them so the fry(babies) don’t last long.Some of the Koi are a foot or longer.We have two grass carp(Amur) that are about 2 ft long,they keep the pond clear of algae.The koi are very tame.They come to the waters edge as soon as they spy me with their food.Our pond is one of my favorite places to observe wildlife.We started out with about 10 small Koi 4 years ago,and they’ve multiplied and grown like crazy.The pond is 1/2 acre,1ft to 15 ft at the deepest…I’ll post pics so you can see how lovely it is….Sandy

Thank you.I have ostrich ferns,cinn ferns,the rest are wild.I really don't know what they are.They just grew....lol
