I think this is aster laevis. Aster frikartii has slightly larger leaves which are a lighter green.

These long Tailed tits are different to the ones found in the UK. They are the northern and eastern race.The western race have a dark stripe (moustache) on their head which goes through their eye. How fascinating. I didn't know that before but I thought they were different so I had a look in my trusty little book.
