Am I right in thinking

I like the way it comes down over the rocks

stroller, 'Meyeri' would normally be more of an upright plant, the habit of this one has more of the look for Juniperus squamata 'Blue Carpet', but would really need a closer more detailed shot of the foliage to be sure.

It looks like a 'Blue Carpet' to me as well:) but also would like to see a close-up to be sure:)

I like it, whatever it turns out to be! I used to have a Juniperus squamata 'Blue Carpet', and it grew like this but others are more qualified to identify. :o)

Thank you all for the information. I will post a close up as soon as I can, after todays downfall it is covered in a heavy blanket of snow.
