The view from the front window

is gradually getting better as everything is waking up,here are a couple of pics taken this afternoon after the rain showers.

The magnolia in the foreground is one that I saw on a blog by Karensusans its called `Heaven Scent` its small ~ grows to around 15ft ~ so is ideal for a front garden. I love it you`ve come up trumps again Karen, thank you.

lol...I thought I recognised that beautiful magnolia Stroller....well done, great choice. Mine is in full bloom also, but sadly some of the flowers are brown-edged after the late snowfall and frosts :( It is recovering though and the scent is lovely isn't it! :)) you have to get your nose right in the flower though!

Thank you Driad, Olive and Hywel, Shirley my Brodiaea are peeping thru now, hope they flower.
As you say Karen it has a lovely perfume. I am now trying to locate a Coteneaster Salicifolius Exburyensis another one that you recommend, it may be better to wait until later say November when I could perhaps get one bare rooted and cheaper for a larger size.

Oops nearly missed this one Stroller, it looks completely different without the straight path..
Lovely view to look out on, our frontage is mainly carpark but as the kitchen and hallway are at the front it doesn`t really matter, I get to look out of both sitting room and the dining room down my back garden which as you know is my pride and joy.....
