Ah llangollen one of my favourite places for lunch (its about 1 hours drive for me). Did you also visit the horseshoe pass, and worldsend? Glad you enjoyed the town- hope you're better now.

Hi Stroller, I was there once with my late husband and your lovely blog revived a very happy memory for me. Thank you so much. Lovely photo's, and isn't Wales just beautiful. We had a hol there earlier this year.

A fabulous blog and your photo`s also brought back memories of my visits. It is a lovely place, I remember the falls well, the cottages are chocolate box designs and would make very good jigsaws, showing my age again,lol and I love the suite.

Kfunsters; yes we did visit the Horseshoe pass didn`t stay long that was when I had the ague and the beginings of a bad throat, but its about a couple of hours drive from home so we shall go again.
Lincs; It must be the change of air that does it, whatever it is its darned annoying.lol.
Oh you must try and visit sometime Libet, whether it be North or South Wales there are some beautiful places as you will already of seen in some of Hywels blogs.

Thanks for sharing this with us. The weather is miserable here again and seeing this cheered me up.I haven't been to Wales either Stroller as we have only just recently got a car again and am just getting used to driving again after a 14 year break.Glad you are feeling better now.

Glad you enjoyed it Rose. Hope the driving goes well, its sure to be so different after 14yrs, so much more trafic to contend with.
Its been very windy here today and now its pouring down, hope the rain continues through the night and stops by morning - not asking for much am I.
